A 358 LY Nebula, you gotta be kidding me. This screws the hell out of Cobols. I have never seen this before, anyone?

And whats worse, the minefields obscure it so I didn't even notice until it was too late.

Indeed I have seen this in a test Sector I made, the Nebula tend to clump up often so it may not even require maxing out the allowed Nebula to cause that result; http://play.planets.nu/#/sector/203631
