| Actually, if you stack your ships you can leave just 1 fuel on your sweep ships and hold all the fuel for the stack on one fuel ship. Sweep comes before drain so you can still sweep and only loose fuel from that sweep ship, so let's say you have 5 ships all sweeping. And keep all the fuel on one ship and 1 fuel on all the others, you get 5 ships that sweep but only loose 29 KT fuel in total from each web field they sit in after sweeping, if you sweep enough to get out of the field you loose none.
