Bug in Profiles

Sometimes the bug is sitting in front of the keyboard.....

I can not add an avatar to my profile, there is no section like "Avatar" shown.

Is the bug in front of the keyboard or is ist not possible?

Im not able to select Germany in the piklist of my profile.

Good old germany is forgotten in this picklist values.
