Extraction rates?

Josh. Was/is it intentional for you to permit the minimum extraction/density rates of planets to be below 10%?

As far as extensive testing goes, yes.

yes, 10 % was the minimum in the original. however, i personally prefer a higher minimum (of at least 15 %.)
