Just a hint: 213 planets in 41 turns means there was no resistance. 170 of your planets have less than 100 clans and seem to be colonized uncontested by Falcons or long range freighters. Don't take such a game - even it was DM 1.15 - as any kind of preperation for a champ game. Sharpen your knife against serious opponents before throwing in the ante again ;)
