As the Privateers, can I tow-capture someone I am Sharing Intel with? I thought I read somewhere that I cannot, but can't seem to find it again.

You can use a friendly code to turn off Tow Capture, it is listed in Client as an option for easy selection.

Ahem.... and to actually answer your question.... you can Tow Capture anyone succesfully if out-of-fuel.

Hahaha thanks Glyn, I thought that was the answer, but couldn't find it anywhere, and it says 'Enemy Ships' in one and didn't know if that extended to Share Intel or Peace Treaty.
