Sucks to hear that. I'm sure that Planets has been responsible for more than a few such breakups but I hope you land on your feet. Typically people just post here in the feed that they are looking for a replacement and interested parties will reach out to you. Without giving away too much about your position or allies that is not public knowledge, you could say a little bit about the game you're playing and what kind of position you're in.

I think both are in good positions. I can PM details on alliances if the replacement players wants to carry them on. I know that can be a bit tricky at times.
