I'm sure it's here somewhere but been unable to find it, if you "miss" a turn but have done most of it, will the turn still host with the actions you have prepared, or will no moves/actions be taken?

Any changes you have made after you open the turn are kept.

So even though people may have an orange or red band indicating "missed turns" they may have actually put a full turn in but it just indicates they did not hit end turn before the host ran.

Sometimes you may have actually have hit end turn or were looking at the turn shortly before the host ran but the Host will record you as a missed turn and will give you a red or orange band.

@Mrklin: In addition... if you lose your connection a little black & white tab 'Disonnected' will appear near the top... if you lose your connection and decide to keep playing, so long as you don't exit the Sector or close the browser AND reconnect at some point (indicated by another b&w 'Connected' tab at top), your changes will take effect.
