All and all this was a bit easy game because of the formation. Opponents crumbled one by one as they didn't seem to have a counter to multiple foes and we were a bit more organized. At the same time this was the worst starting position I have ever had. That forced the early active diplomacy.
In the end only me and the Empire were allies. All other relations were NAP and other deals made by necessity. Sometimes games go like this. I recommend to check the development after the game. The map looks crazy.

Adding others diplomatic relations to the picture reveals how complicated the overall diplomacy actually was. Early game was threading the needle for a long time and almost painful with my cultural background.
