@Ridgerunner why don't you just take it as a Christmas gift? Look around, it's the most beautiful time of the year!

If you do not like gifts from other men, you can do the same - pay for my account for three months, but you, really, do not have to :)

As for playing unregistered - as far as I know it's just against the rules.
