@Robodoc: I meant things like the amount and ratio of clans/supplies/MCs used to colonize planets, what ships they build etc. These are things everyone is going to have difference of opinion on. I take MCs to colonize planets because it can maximize supplies stockpile, save fuel and accelerate development slightly.
Not stuff like staying covert early game... I noticed minelaying on Turn 5 for example.

Oh I wasn't suggesting there should be, just that something like that technically wouldn't demand programming it to handle different Races and was meant for Martinr to read.
