Just that particular thread... unless you 'like' the thread or post in it again.

To unsubscribe from them all, you have to change the settings for your account.

I wish it was possible to unsubscribe from them all. I have my account setting to be that I don't receive email notifications from Planets Nu, but I get them anyway.
