In your evaluation what you could have done better I support that you should have actively attacked someone when you were ready, maybe around T60. Me in your shoes would have chosen me as target because Lizards versus Pirates is easy going. Diplomacy on the other hand hadn’t much effect in my opinion. I had much more wars ongoing over the course of the game and a much longer always endangered border line than you. My after action report on Thursday will tell. So I don’t see that I achieved advantages on the green table. The last attack of Coen who had all options (1. attack you 2. attack me 3. don’t play kingmaker and attack someone else) is the best example. Unfortunately most of the game feed is gone. On a closer look you’d see that I was not very _active_ on diplomatic level but only _reacted_ on someone (in most cases it was you) trying to nudge others towards attacking me. I gladly had forgo all indirect diplomacy in this sector.
