| That scenario does give an OPPORTUNITY to players, but I don't think it determines who the winner will be.
If you follow NBA (and plenty of other sports as well), there's always a lot of angry chatter about the calls made by the referees in games, especially the last 2 minutes. In reality, a game is not decided in the last two minutes or in any one moment. It's a long back-n-forth fight from the beginning to the end.
