| I think racial abilities should not transfer. Additionally, all races should take a 20% penalty on on the operation of all foreign ships. This would include the number of weapons/bays that will operate, distance a ship can travel at each warp, 20% chance that cloak will fail, Loki will not operate properly, glory device will not go off, ...etc.. Exceptions would be for Privateers and Crystals; since their bread and butter is operating stolen ships, their penalty would only be 10%. For Feds, this penalty would only apply until a complete super refit is performed, then normal operation applies (no crew bonus though). |
