What is going on with the Host? My game was supposed to run an hour ago, and the indicator in my Home screen even lists it as having "Next turn in -57 minutes", but nothing is happening. What's up?

So if I'm not exactly sure I have enough credits to clone a ship, can I set the CLN and also a build order at the SB so if I can't clone the build will still happen, assuming we're before the ship limit?

Cloning question. From the host order its build new ships then clone. So if you are building a ship you can only build once so you will never clone if you build.
