In the turn I get the message about FoF, I still see the starbases of that player.
There are two? scan phases in the Host-Order:
XXIX: Scan (Superspy & Explore)
XXX: Scan for starships
XXXII: Kill Race (Drop, Dead -- if active)
XXXIII: Scan for Planets (Explore and Nebulas)
What is the difference of XXIX and XXXIII.
I would assume, that XXIX is for starbases too, but XXXIII just for planets.
So you still see the bases&ships because the scan happens before Kill Race, but they are actually gone already and it is safe to attack in the same turn you get the message? |
