| When most of the players stay in the game, and make an effort,
the mentor is very soon forced on the defensive.
If many players drop out, you should advance, so the rest cant benefit from free territory. But that was never the case in this game.
As for race selection, i wanted to make sure i had lokis, and i dont like to play lizard in 2 mentor games, it gets confusing.
And i have tried playing a carrier race, but got completely overun by 2 aggressive privateer players. Died in turn 32....
A colonial mentor and no privateer players would be the "optimal" scenario for longer survival. |
