When moving up the leader board rankings (Lieutenant, Commander, Captain etc) is it generally Achievement Points or Experience points that is the limiting factor?
I see the ratio of XP to AP varies considerably as you progress up the ranks. At Lieutenant is it 120XP per AP. By Admiral it drops to 10XP per AP.
Does this mean earning AP becomes more important than earning XP over time?
