I was dealt with the Lizards and pirates as neighbors and was not able to
secure an agreement with either of them or through a third party to get
them to back off. Just to maintain a small supply line I have had to divert
nearly all available resources to mine laying just to keep my core planets
protected. I am cut off from a good deal of money/resources as I don't have
available mine coverage in those areas.
