Ceti Alpha Two and the United Federation of Planets rise to Power!

Ceti Alpha Two and the United Federation of Planets League have seized control of the Echo Cluster through two stunning conflicts lead by the brilliant leadership of the new Emperor Zacha and Grand Marshal Wakatonka!

Emperor Zacha and Ceti Alpha Two have taken control of Charmed World following the Cognitum War and will rule the Echo Cluster for the foreseeable future. 

Meanwhile, Wakatonka and the United Federation of Planets League has won control of the Unknown Defense Force and takes over as Grand Marshal of the Unknown. 

Congratulations to our new leaders and their leagues!  

Commentary: 

The Echo Cluster consists of 3 major organizational regions known as The Inner Circle, The Primary Ring and The Outer Ring. Beyond this there are 3 further rings known as The Unknown Worlds, The Badlands and The Great Void. (see the map) 

Over the past few decades populations and military have been rapidly growing in the regions outside of the core Echo Cluster where the new Emperor Zacha and Ceti Alpha Two now maintain control from Charmed World. Thousands of light years from the core lawlessness reigns and warlords are building armies. 

To counter act this growing threat to the Emperor's power a new government called the Unknown Defense Force (UDF) has been formed which is managed from the Galaxtia sector - traditionally Crystal territory. This sector is well known for it's numerous large stable worm holes which connect to many areas throughout the Badlands and Unknown Worlds (a source of several historical invasions the Crystals have had to repel). 

Working with near complete autonomy the new leader of the military government will rule over this vast outer domain and be known as the "Grand Marshal of the Unknown". Arguably the second most powerful person in the known galaxy. 

Wakatonka of the United Federation of Planets League has become the first Grand Mashal in the year 0132. 

The age of multi-race league control of the Echo Cluster has commenced, but peace in the Echo Cluster seems far away.

The league wars continue to rage.
