The first installment of the new Single Player game has been released. This installment includes 10 levels geared toward introducing new players to the game. All levels come with some tutorials which will help new players learn how to play.
In the coming months we will add to this collection of levels with different multi-player requirements to unlock different groups of levels. We will create levels that are challenging even for the most experienced commanders! All levels can be played with each race and a progress indicator can be found on the new "Levels" tab on your games screen. Use this Levels tab to start new games.

All new signups will now go directly into the single player game and will be invited to join in multi-player games as they progress through the single player levels.
Every player is invited to try their hand at the new games. Feedback and suggestions on how to make it easier for new players is welcome as we will continue to improve the tutorials, reference materials and Hiatus (the computer player) as we continue.
We hope that having the "safe" single player learning environment more people will be able to learn and love Planets. Have fun!
