Everyone is happy if the Borg is out so thanks to the Lizards!

But maybe this was a too early resign. In my area Finch has more clans than me and I could only hope my Novas are there before his bases are fully stocked. Sometimes bio scan is painful.

Anyway, it's nice that he said good bye. That was rare in the newbie games.

As far as I know the Borg was attacked only by the Lizards. The Solar Federation made two attempts to negotiate coexstistance after the first Borg sightings. But our repeated transmissons stayed unanswered. The lesson: You don't survive on your own in this cluster. Join the Federation of Planets!

The Coloninies lost 1 planet 10 warships and 1 freighter last turn - without any explosions heared.
First fears of a friendly or forced hand-over of these ships have proven wrong after studying the ship count increase of all other races. The whole cluster is wondering what happend.
A complete fleet got lost in a surprising huge mine field?
10 Patriots and one glory device had a rendezvous?
The Colonies found that this cluster is not a place to survive and are preparing suicide?
The mythic star goat ate all these ships?

Time will tell ... or maybe Commander David himself does.

I'll talk to Ulki13 about this. I know him in RL but I havn't done anything that might have motivated him to join for a look. I don't like if people make their friends join open positions to get an advantage.

That was my first thought too.

But as the Colonies already had 0 ships and 0 planets, I believe that he should not be able to see anything.

Maybe using the Time Machine it's possible to see the previous turns?

Hi folks,

ulki13 is my brother. We talked lately about "when is a race dead", look at his thread in the forum. I said to him that in my game Moth Ball, the colonist is not dead though he had no planets, no bases and no ships anymore.
He joined and left for looking what would happen, and see: the race was declared dead. No damage done here.

I hadn´t seen that post, thanks Turssi, but that is only an statistic, this game without allied is imposible to win, and in this game my beginning position have difficulted a lot this task. But i will fight until the end, that´s sure :)

Yeah, I think we all expected that when we joined this Jr Officers game...

The Colonies folded soon after their first losses. The attack on Lizards was extremely strong, but the player should not drop even after suffering something like that...

Judging on the movements of those Fed HYP-probes there could be a 13-bay Robot ship somewhere. Now that's something I'd call useful.

Sadly, as I have a peace treaty with them, that ship will just end up stealing your planets!

Well I guess my single backyard planets had to be taken down eventually. You just arrived about 6-10 turns too early to fill up my gorbies with fighters!

I think I did use a falcon later on to put some more clans. Congrats...

The race for victory ... yes indeed! However looking at the current strategic situation domlos/emork have practically won. There is simply no way for us to get enough ships over there where the important fighting is.

It has something to do with the fact that you and the bird are putting up a tough fight, respect! (Also the web mines did help a lot ;-)

Meanwhile I'll try to enjoy the remaining turns.

If he misses the third turn in a row will he be dropped automatically?

I planed to write him because I have to take some of his planets to make my alliance reach the 250. This could be done in a "friendly" way without resistance and we stop at 250 or we make a real fight and go for the maximum then. The later would cost him around 10-20 more planets.

It seems that some alliances are being advertised out in the open and not necessarily in the game as it should have been in the first place. How unfortunate. I was dropped off because I had to attend to a family matter out of town without a computer connection. That too is unfortunate however I plan on taking back every planets i have lost since I have been dropped off and I might just acheive that. if alliances win with 250 planets before I can wipe the scum off of my planets so be it.

Well done, Turssi! Rebels never give up! The Fed&Crystal victory suddenly became uncertain.

For the others: After precise observation and with the help of a positron super computer a Rebel Falcon managed to jump right behind an ion storm and now will terrorize this abandoned area.
