Giving Ships Away

To give a ship away to another race just orbit a planet with a  starbase and match friendly codes. The starbase then uses the  mission "Force a Surrender." The ally race then takes control  of the vessel next turn. You can also use the Friendly code "gsN" to give a ship away.
