Loki Class Destroyer

The Loki emits a tachyon pulse that causes all cloaked ships within 10 light years of its' position to come out of cloak. Cloaked ships within 10 LY of a Loki before or after the ship movement phase will uncloak. Cloaked Federation and Lizard ships are completely immune to the effects of the Loki.  The Loki must have fuel and less than 20 points of damage in order to decloak enemy ships.

It is likely that an enemy race that depends on cloaking to survive will use intercept attacks to destroy or damage a Loki that is a member of a fleet.
